Molecularly imprinted polymer as sorbent in micro-solid phase extraction of ochratoxin A in coffee, grape juice and urine

► Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) as sorbent in micro-solid phase extraction for the determination of ochratoxin A (OTA). ► The method exploits the high specificity of the MIP and the simplicity of the μ-SPE. ► The method offers comparable sensitivity with the LC-MS/MS methods. ► The developed method can be an interesting alternative sample preparation over the commonly used IAC procedure.
