Abstract
⺠A micro-GC detector was built by microfabrication on silicon chip. ⺠Surface diversified nanoparticles provide chemically selective interface for vapor sensing. ⺠Response pattern obtained for qualitative and quantitative analysis. ⺠The influence of dimension, flow rate and temperature of detector are evaluated.
