Abstract
⺠We design a microplate assay ready-to-use for on-site analysis of AGV. ⺠We use a derivatization procedure based on the reaction between OPA, EDAN and the AGV to be quantified. ⺠We develop a quenching strategy to remove fluorescence of initial EDAN and subsequent amide. ⺠We applied this method to real samples.
