Abstract
⺠The work here presented provides a characterisation of active sampling methodologies for SPME. ⺠This development is a tool for sensitive determination of gaseous analytes in atmospheric studies. ⺠It allows fast quantitation of gaseous carbonyls in a wide range of concentrations. ⺠The implementation makes the SPME methodology transferable to field studies. ⺠This work allows the automation of SPME determination of atmospheric compounds.
