Abstract
► We have studied different types of Rioja red wines: young and ageing wines. ► Wines have been analyzed by HPLC-DAD and FT-IR. ► PCA of concentration values allow the differentiation among types of wines. ► We can determinate individual anthocyanin contents using FT-IR combined with PLS-R. ► PLS-R models are appropriate for young red wines but not for ageing ones.
