Abstract
⺠We propose a high-throughput sample introduction of ICP-MS for less than 10 μL minâ1 sample flow rate. ⺠The system is consisted of a loop injection and a triple tube concentric nebulizer. ⺠It provides a high sensitivity though the sample consumption rate is extremely low. ⺠It is quite useful for trace element analysis of low volume biological samples.
