Abstract
⺠IDLLME coupled with HPLC-UV has been developed for rapid determination of quercetin. ⺠Regard to SPE methods, lower LOD and wider linear range were obtained. ⺠Good recovery, high preconcentration factor and good reproducibility were achieved. ⺠In IDLLME, protein precipitation step before the extraction process is eliminated.
