Abstract
⺠A novel CL method for the determination of captopril using triangular AuNPs-luminol is developed. ⺠The triangular AuNPs were easier to synthesize, stable at a wider pH range and high ionic strength. ⺠The triangular AuNPs exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity toward captopril. ⺠The proposed method has been validated by determining captopril in real samples.
