Abstract
⺠We have developed a micellar liquid chromatography method. ⺠Melamine has been quantified in human plasma and urine. ⺠Optimization was performed by testing considering the main parameters. ⺠The analytical methodology was successfully validated following FDA guidelines. ⺠Method was applied to monitorize melamine in plasma and urine of volunteers.
