Abstract
⺠We developed a sensor based on superquenching of fluorescent conjugated polymer (FCP). ⺠Detection limit of H2Q and H2O2 is 5.0 Ã 10â7 mol/L and 1.0 Ã 10â6 mol/L. ⺠First report for water-soluble FCP be used in phenol detection under HRP catalyzed action. ⺠It has great potential for detecting various analytes with quinone producing process. ⺠Simple, speediness, high efficiency quenching, non-toxicity, easy operation are the advantages.
