Abstract
⺠In this study we prepare an electrochemiluminescent biosensor for cholesterol. ⺠A poly(luminol-TMB) electro-formed on screen-printed cell greatly improves the ECL. ⺠The biosensor was applied to the determination of total cholesterol in serum samples. ⺠The disposable biosensor offers an easy procedure for free or total cholesterol.
