Abstract
⺠In this manuscript, we reported that a lysosomal probe derived from Tröger's base for two-photon fluorescence imaging was designed and synthesized. ⺠This probe showed high specificity and selectivity for lysosomes, and the Pearson's correlation coefficient is 0.96. ⺠It also provided high resolution 3D reconstruction of lysosomes in one HeLa cell by using two-photon confocal microscopy.
