Abstract
► CuO-doped NiO microfibers modified FTO electrode was prepared by electrospinning and calcination without using any immobilization as nonenzymatic glucose sensor. ► The sensor showed the highest sensitivity and the lowest detection in the reported nonenzymatic glucose sensors. ► The determination of glucose in human urine and serum samples were investigated, respectively.
