Abstract
⺠A novel flow photometric paired emitter-detector diodes (PEDD) detector is presented. ⺠A sample and reagent were injected by pulse micro-pumps directly into the detector. ⺠This method imposes the work in stop-flow conditions. ⺠The time of analysis depends mainly on the reaction kinetics. ⺠Reagents and sample dilution is reduced.
