Abstract
⺠A new electrochemiluminescence (ECL) technique, ECL spectrometry, is reported. ⺠A new method for determination of 1.2 Ã 10â15 mol/L DNA is developed. ⺠The ECL spectrometry is used to measure gene expression level in cells.
