Abstract
⺠SAXS analysis of sterically stabilized liposomes is presented. ⺠The thickness of the PEG layer is characterized by describing the bilayer electron density profile with the superposition of Gaussian functions. ⺠The resulted PEG layer thickness is in good agreement with theoretical predictions.
