Abstract
⺠Spin labels indicate that gel DMPG aggregates are bilayer vesicles. ⺠Low [14C]sucrose entrapment reveals the presence of highly leaky DMPG vesicles. ⺠Viscosity data show very similar aggregates for DMPG at gel and fluid phases. ⺠Our data indicate the presence of DMPG leaky vesicles in both gel and fluid phases.
