Abstract
⺠Methyl linoleate was autoxidized at 60 °C in the presence of C60. ⺠The reaction products of C60 with methyl linoleate-derived free radicals were isolated. ⺠They were the addition products of C60 with peroxyl and alkyl radicals of methyl linoleate. ⺠The adducts of C60 with lipid-alkyl radicals were the first formed products. ⺠Trapping of lipid-alkyl radicals was important in the antioxidative activity of C60.
