Abstract
⺠BsPFK activity increases with lipid vesicle concentration in vitro. ⺠Lipid vesicles increase the Vmax of BsPFK by a factor of up to 2.5 Km is unchanged. ⺠BsPFK has a very low association constant with lipid vesicles. ⺠A BsPFK, lipid monomer interaction increases Vmax activity. ⺠Kinetic models suggest BsPFK abstracts lipid monomers from vesicles.
