Abstract
⺠These AMPs interact with anionic and zwitterionic membranes via different mechanisms. ⺠There are detectable differences between how these AMPs interact with the membrane models. ⺠The curvature and other properties of SUVs effects the conformations adopted by these AMPs. ⺠The length of Spacer #1, particularly for compound 39, defines organism selectivity and potency.
