- Recent advances in the field of artificial metalloenzymes with a particular focus on enantioselective catalysis are described.
- New design strategies for artificial metalloenzymes are described.
- Catalytic reactions using artificial metalloenzymes are shown, including reaction types that have no equivalent in conventional homogeneous or enzyme catalysis.
- Trends and prospect of the use of artificial metalloenzymes in catalysis both in vitro and in vivo are discussed.
