Abstract
⺠Computational methods to model biological catalysis are presented and their advantages/disadvantages discussed. ⺠Recent works on computational modeling of post-transcriptional and post-translational modifications are reviewed. ⺠The results of different computational strategies applied to the same system are compared and rationalized in terms of the theoretical approach employed.
