Abstract
⺠We developed azaelectrocyclization-based labeling of proteins and peptides. ⺠PET-imaging of glycoproteins visualized the circulatory residence of the proteins. ⺠PET and fluorescence imaging of N-glycan dendrimers revealed their dynamics. ⺠The imaging of the fluorescence-labeled lymphocytes visualized the trafficking. ⺠The lymphocytes engineered by an N-glycan targeted the DLD-1 human colon carcinoma.
