Abstract
An chiral recognition Histidine sensor was developed. MIP films designed for specifically recognizing His combined with the amplified function of an OECT yielded Lower LOD for D-His and L-His of 10â¯nM and 100â¯nM, and high selectivity for His Enantiomers. The constructed sensor has potential applicability for detection of L-His in human urine samples.204
