Abstract
Two octamethyl-substituted phthalocyanines incorporated with H (HMe2Pc) and Zn (ZnMe2Pc) central metals as dopant free HTM for planar perovskite solar cell were demonstrated. HMe2Pc exhibited higher PCE of 15.59% and longer stability than ZnMe2Pc, which attributed to the higher carrier mobility, better film coverage, and stronger surface hydrophobicity.209
