Abstract
A novel non-fullerene acceptor, PMI-F-PMI, takes the advantages of a raised lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) level and a distorted configuration, which does help to increase Voc, and Jsc in bulk heterojunction organic solar cells (OSCs). When P3HT as donor materials in OSCs (0.20Â cm2), a high Voc of 0.98Â V and a power conversion efficiency of 2.30% are obtained.
