Abstract
⺠We analyse the equilibrium problem for a panel made of reinforced no-tension material. ⺠We interpret the equilibrated tensor fields as measures whose divergence is a measure. ⺠We find a family of singular curves where the stress concentrates. ⺠We compute the curve that minimizes the maximum stress. ⺠We recover the line tension found experimentally on reinforced concrete beams.
