Abstract
Oxyfluorides with Ruddlesden-Popper structure Ba2InO3F and Ba3In2O5F2 were synthesized, and their structure, thermal properties, hydration behaviour and electrical properties have been investigated. It was proved that the oxyfluorides are capable to water uptake and can exhibit proton transport.
