Abstract
⺠Ni doping decreased the electron conduction of Y2O3-stabilized ZrO2 (YSZ). ⺠Oxygen potential distribution in the Ni-doped YSZ was calculated. ⺠The lower oxygen potential region was agreement with the darkly colored region.
