Abstract
⺠Conductivity degradation of NiO doped YSZ under SOFC condition is examined. ⺠Phase transformation area is visually indicated by micro-Raman spectroscopy. ⺠Conductivity degradation is closely related to the phase transformation of YSZ. ⺠The oxygen potential in the electrolyte determined the phase transformed area.
