Abstract
⺠Nonstoichiometric Nb-substituted SrTiO3 compounds. ⺠Comparison of previously reported defect chemistry with obtained experimental results. ⺠A-site vacancy formation is more probable than previously reported B-site vacancy. ⺠Sr-deficiency/excess in SrTiO3 influences structural and electrical properties. ⺠Sr-deficiency limits the undesired Sr diffusion from anode into YSZ electrolyte.
