Abstract
⺠The composite material of doped barium cerate (BCYZ) was synthesized by two methods. ⺠Addition of NiO content was used in order to increase the density of material. ⺠The phase content and microstructure of BCYZ were investigated. ⺠Electrical properties was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).
