Abstract
⺠Pd/YSZ catalyst-electrodes show improved CH4 combustion when C2H4 was cofed. ⺠The application of a small anodic potential leads to an increase in CH4 oxidation. ⺠EPOC effect on CH4 combustion has been found at temperatures as low as 320 °C. ⺠The catalytic rate enhancement under polarization was a very slow process. ⺠Pd-PdO phase changes were investigated via AC impedance studies under polarization.
