Abstract
⺠Cathodes of La0.6Sr0.4Co1.05O3-δ (LSC) infiltrated into Bi2V0.9Cu0.1O5.35, and Bi2V0.9Cu0.1O5.35-Ce0.9Gd0.1O1.95 porous backbones. ⺠Increasing cathode polarization resistance (Rp) with increasing LSC firing temperature. ⺠Rp trend contrasts with cathodes made by infiltration of LSC into pure Ce0.9Gd0.1O1.95 backbone. ⺠Possible formation of reaction layer(s) in the electrolyte-backbone and backbone-infiltrate interfaces.
