Abstract
Heterogenization of three homogeneous catalysts of type MIIIL1 [where L1Â =Â ethylenebis (3-formyl-5-methylsalicylaldimine) and MÂ =Â Mn, Fe, Co] has been done via immobilizing MIIIL1 species on MCM-41 through Schiff-base condensation reaction and heterogeneous compounds thus obtained have been exploited as epoxidation catalysts in presence of TBHP and PhIO as terminal oxidants.
