Syntheses, crystal structures, spectroscopic and thermal analyses of 3- and 4-aminomethylpyridinium tetracyanometallate(II) complexes

We synthesized the new tetracyanometallate(II) complexes with 3ampy and 4ampy and searched the hydrogen bonds, in more detail. The more important structural features of the complexes synthesized were the existences of the C-H⋯M interactions having three centres and four electrons, in which they were observed in the first time for [M(CN)4]2− type structures.
