Abstract
Ru-1 and Ru-2 were synthesized. The cytotoxicity of these complexes towards BEL-7402, HeLa, MCF-7 and MG-63 cells was evaluated by MTT method. The apoptosis was investigated by morphology and flow cytometry, cell cycle arrest was studied by flow cytometry. ROS and mitochondrial membrane potential were performed by fluorescence microscopy, and DNA-binding was investigated by electronic absorption titration.
