Abstract
⺠Phosphaplatins exhibit less toxicity compared to cis- and carbo-platin. ⺠Phosphaplatins exhibit excellent in vivo efficacy in human ovarian cancers. ⺠Phosphaplatins are effective against sensitive and resistant human cancer cells. ⺠Phosphaplatins showed reduce protein binding compared to cis- and carbo-platin. ⺠Phosphaplatins are promising antitumor agents to treat resistant cancers.
