Abstract
⺠The dinuclear complexes fold to maximise contact with the cavity of the macrocycle. ⺠Encapsulation of the complexes within the macrocycle is driven by hydrophobic and ion-dipole forces. ⺠The macrocycle has differing affects on the metal complexes' cytotoxicity depending on the cell line.
