Abstract
⺠Two Pt(II) and Ru(II) polyamides were synthesised using solution and solid phase chemistry. ⺠Characterisation was achieved using NMR, UV-Vis and ESI-MS and CD for Î- and Î-RUP1. ⺠Cytotoxicity for Î- and Î-RUP1 was greater than 40 μM (48 h). ⺠LD indicated that the RUP1 interact with DNA but this is influenced by concentration and chirality.
