Abstract
- A synthesis of difluorinated α-C-galactosylceramides analogs is reported.
- The CF2-glycoside core is prepared from galactal using a domestic methodology.
- The phytosphingosine side-chain is settled via an original O-2 to C-1â² transfer.
- The resulting analogs were not active for iNKT cell activation.
