Abstract
Cytochrome P450-3A4 genetically fused with Bacillus megaterium BM3 reductase domain (BMR) using three differently sized peptide loops, was immobilised on electrode by co-crosslinking with bovine serum albumin and glutaraldehyde in different ratios to modulate gel rigidity. Environmental and inter-domain flexibility can influence both redox properties and electrocatalysis of 3A4-BMR.230
