Abstract
Cou-platin, a compound composed of 7-hydroxycoumarin and a platinum(IV) moiety derived from cisplatin, showed potent in vitro cytotoxicity and considerable in vivo anticancer activity by the activation of cell apoptosis pathway and the inhibition of extracellular regulated protein kinases (ERK)/mitogen-activated protein kinase pathway (MAPK).102
