Abstract
Nitrosyl ruthenium complexes containing thiocarbonyl-bound ligands release nitric oxide and promoted DNA damage under blue light. Vasodilation assay indicates these compounds are potential anti-hypertensive working on the soluble guanylate cyclase activation through heme.210
