Abstract
Ruthenium (II) complexes with the anticancer agent CHS-828 {N-[6-(4-chlorophenoxy)hexyl]-Nâ²-cyano-Nâ³-4-pyridyl guanidine} as a ligand are stable in the dark and accumulate in tumour cells at high concentrations. Irradiation of the cells leads to release of CHS-828 and cell death.58
