Abstract
Covalent reactions of cationic tetrazolato-bridged complexes with nucleotide to yield the 1: 2 products involved intramolecular Pt(II) migrations, which play a key role in the formation of interhelical crosslinks. Their positive charge affected kinetics of covalent interactions with mononucleotide and double-stranded DNA.143
