Abstract
Copper(II)-alkylperoxide complexes supported by N3-tridentate ligands containing a 7- or 8-membered cyclic diamine were synthesized and characterized. Higher distortion of the metal center from the planar structure induced by the ligand containing 8-membered cyclic diamine causes higher reactivity of the alkylperoxide complex toward C-H bond activation reaction.130
