Abstract
Tremendous differences in rate of reduction, cellular accumulation and cytotoxicity were found between biscarboxylatoplatinum(IV) complexes and their tri- and tetracarboxylato analogs. In particular, the mode of cellular uptake differs substantially depending on the equatorial ligand sets.66
