Abstract
This review focuses upon results obtained on the anti-proliferative activity of antimony compounds. This survey shows that antimony(III/V) complexes containing thiones, thiosemicarbazones, dithiocarbamates, carboxylic acids, ketones or nitrogen donor ligands, exhibit selectivity against cancer cells. The role of the ligand type is elucidated within this review.127
