Abstract
Novel [Ru(η5-C5H5)(PPh3)L] compounds with bioactive thiosemicarbazones were developed and evaluated on Trypanosoma cruzi, Trypanosoma brucei brucei and mammalian cell models. They produce free radicals in the parasite and interact with DNA.183
